I had my windshield replaced. I chose them off the list my insurance co. had, there was really no rhyme or reason. After going thru the ins. co., I called to make my appt. and with Thankgiving the coming week I opted to drop it off after the holiday, so it would be 10 days before I had to bring it in. Their policy is to drop it off 1st thing in the morning and they would keep it all day, giving them time to do it at their convenience. I got a call about 10am (dropped off at 8) and they ordered the wrong windshield, mine had more integrated in it, so they were ordering the right one and it could be there in time to do it that day, which it was. Then I got a call about 2:30, and they got the windshield but there was a chip on it they thought from where it was put when delivered. Hence having

This is the 2nd time within 6 months I was involved in a car accident and we’ve dealt with Freeman’s both times. Everytime I’ve spoke to Jeremiah and Chaison, they were so helpful and reassuring. I trust them and have genuinely appreciated their professionalism.
