Started a new policy with Jocelyn and she was a complete pleasure to deal with. She understands your current situations and empathizes with you and is very informative exactly what you are getting. Let me start off by saying Jocelyn needs to be employee of the year. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best insurance that fits my needs. She was patient, very professional, polite and courteous. She's definitely an asset to the company. I'm very happy with my new insurance and I'm proud to say that Jocelyn helped me with my insurance journey.
