I had the misfortune of hitting an MD deer. Was towed to bodyshop, and they took care of everything. My truck got a small leak, the ac pooped out, and it took a week before I could get back, but when I got there, everything was fixed, and I was back on the road the same day. Thank you very much, Steve and Levi, for ALL your great work.

I don't know about all of the service managers there, but the service person Tony was the type of person that takes out his bad day on people. I asked for the torque specs on the bolts for my valve cover and I purchased the seal from them. He told me that he didn't know and wouldn't let me ask his mechanics. This person is a control freak and will get you upset. Don't use him. If this is the way the management runs this company, that isn't a good thing.

Went here for repairs--truck would only go around 50 mph. We suspected a fuel issue. They estimated 2 hours of diagnostics (min) + new fuel filters @ $138/hour or around $436. Said they would get the truck in and let us know. Basically it took them 24 hours to install new fuel and air filters. Invoice jumped to $820. They tried to charge $110 for a test drive among other things. I called to complain and manager reduced to $580. Still feel this was grossly overcharged and no explanation was given for taking so long. Should have been a 1-2 hour repair. I would avoid this place at all costs.

All crew members who work here are top notch, especially Dan, he deserve an extra rated star. This place is awesome, they know how to treat right their customers, a lot of respect and work done in no time, a bit expensive but well worth the money you pay and the service you get. Thank you all !!!

Worst dealer I have ever been to. Brought truck in on Monday morning for check engine light on. No other obvious problems. Told it was DTS filter needed to be replaced. Then it was a shifter arm and bushing. Then it was a sensor. Then when they took sensor out they striped the threads. Had to call a specialist (the next day) to come fix threads so they could put in new sensor. 9...yes NINE DAYS LATER....I get my truck!! Shop manager should be fired for being a liar!!! You are constantly being told it will be tomorrow. They tell you they will call you. But YOU have to call THEM!!! Found mechanics standing around telling jokes (not on break) instead of working. Oil stains all over driver seat. (Seat cover shoved in door pocket). And would someone tell me why they would mess with my passe
