Freightliner of Palm Beach

I do not leave a one for a review lightly. I brought in my Class A RV due to codes and a derated Cummins. I also knew that the actuator had failed with only 35K miles. I gave them the approval to change this and do an oil change. The estimated cost around 4500.00. Once fixed I left for a trip and made it 700 miles before alarms started again. I understand things are not always perfect. I called Freightliner's main number as it was late on a Friday. They asked me if I could get it to another Freightliner service center. I told them I was not near one and I have a severely handicapped wife on oxygen so this was going to be complicated. I was able to force a regen and it took it out of derate but still showed alarms. My husband brought our 2020 Jayco Seneca (on a Freightliner chassis) here to have the A/C serviced. He dealt with Sebastian in the service department and was very impressed with him. It’s hard to find places that will service RVs in a timely manner and without charging outrageous rates. We will definitely bring our rig here in the future if any of the Freightliner components need service!

We had a great experience with Freightliner of Palm Beach yesterday. It starts at the Top: General Manager Ray runs an excellent business. His staff we interfaced with (Sebastian, Wayne and Jon) were very knowledgeable and helpful. It was as our first visit for service at Freightliner of Palm Beach and we will be using them for future service. Jon was an exceptional mechanic; he was very patient with our questions and helped educate us and no question was a dumb question! Everything was addressed and fixed. Sebastian went above and beyond coordinating for us to get everything done in one day as we’re living full time on the coach this season.

Recently Sebastian Enriquez helped me out of a tight situation He was professional,compassionate ,looked out for my best interest and made me feel like family He represents his business in an exemplary manner and I would myself hire him in a heartbeat Sebastian’s customer service is the best!!!! I WILL BE BACK!!! Thank you Sebastian for an OUTSTANDING experience!!!

The service advisor Sebastian did a great job advising me everything and made sure that my repairs were covered under warranty.
