Freightliner of Philadelphia

No wonder they have such a low rating. This is the worst parts service I have ever had in my life. They ordered me the same wrong parts three times and then lied to me and told me that they didn’t make the electrical connector anymore. Or pins. But I can look them up on Freightliner website. They are completely incompetent parts counter representatives. What a joke I can’t add a response to their response so I’ll do it on here by editing. It’s not true it’s not hard because I got the Park from a different Freightliner. It took the 20-year-old kid just minutes to find it for me and they had it the next day At the store on interstate 80 Western Pennsylvania. Sam was great and had absolutely no problem finding anything for me. Your parts counter employees suck.

The absolute best customer service, Laura Balsley is an amazing human and treated us with the best of care. Her honesty and sincerity is not to ever be overlooked. I would recommend service at his location to anyone looking for the best care possible.

We had a def header go bad and freightliner of Phila got me in the same day and was able to check our extended warranty and get it covered. Greg and Laura the service advisors were great in communication and getting bus done. Highly recommend

Laura and Greg were so amazing helping my wife and I to get our truck diagnosed and pointed in the right direction! Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and safe in an area totally outside of our knowledge!

Greg kemp and Laura balsley are really good good at their jobs however the parts department not so much came in dec 9th for radiator repair the parts department told me the had an aftermarket radiator well the radiator was not the right ( didn’t fit) so Laura found one had it brought in and they got me out on dec 11 $240 an hr for labor is high $1100 for parts $2300 for labor but all in all thank you Greg and Laura job well done
