Freightliner & Western Star of Batavia

I’ve never seen such a dealership in my life. They told me they would fix it in one day, but kept my car for a whole week. It ended up costing me a lot, and in the end they still didn’t fix it. Every day for seven days they gave me a different excuse and finally returned the truck without repairing it. From what I understand, their mechanic doesn’t even know what he’s doing. He said he replaced many parts, but I don’t believe he actually did. I do not recommend anyone to come to this dealership. How can they keep a truck for seven days because of a simple problem? Don’t go there at all. Even if you end up stuck on the street, tow your truck somewhere else. Their workers have no manners. I also went there 3 months ago — it’s a terrible dealership. Their mechanics don’t even know their own job; all they care about is taking your money. I really regret not leaving a review back then. Now another person has ended up falling into their trap.

We have a 2007 RV on a Freightliner XCR chassis and we are part of the Freightliner Custom Chassis Network and so is this shop. We developed a coolant leak and can't find it and called because we need assist as we travel through on I-90. Unfortunately, we were refused service because we are older than TEN years. WHAT? This is the first we've experienced something like this for a chassis anywhere in the country at a Freightliner service center. What am I supposed to do? Throw away the coach after 10 years? They mentioned that parts are hard to come by. WHAT? For mine? You didn't even ask. (Edit to add: I diagnosed and repaired the culprit myself as a leaking EGR cooler. Thanks for zero help on this.)
