Freightliner Western Star of Lebanon, Transteck

Dealer Name: Transtek, inc. Jonestown Freightliner is weard in the service, they fix one and broke another, don't go there for any work, their work is fast but labour charge is very high in USA.I never see that much in any dealer in the Nation, $252/hour and the tech are not experiance they fix one and broke another and then they said we are not toch their, any way they're try to grab money. If the work is taking 0:15 minutes to complete but they charge minimum of 1.5 to 2 hours they are very expensive, I guess their charge is different for every people they see the face and color for rate. Had my truck in for a waterpump after being there all day the mechanic didnt tighten the clamp on tight and I broke down 20 miles after the work was done i called these people and I got no help from them. Honestly, I don’t know if anyone has ever walked out of this place satisfied. It’s by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. They show zero care for your concerns — it's like they’re not even listening. To be clear, I’m not talking about the parts department. The folks there are mature, respectful, and know what they’re doing. But the service department is a disaster. It's run during the day by a bunch of young guys who couldn’t care less about you or your truck. They tried to charge me $11,000 for repairs on parts that I had literally just replaced not long ago. I took my truck elsewhere, paid only $2,300, and it’s been running perfectly ever since. There was no major issue at all just an attempt to overcharge me as much as possible.
