Fremont Chevrolet GMC Riverton Parts

I went to find out about parts for my vehicle and was helped by Luke Winfield. I wasn't sure the exact name of the part I needed only where in the vehicle it was located. Luke was a tremendous help! He was very understanding and patient while I explained what I was looking for and seemed very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone needing help looking for parts to speak to him!

Ordered a part, 3 to 5 days to arrive. Finally after 8 days, I called the parts department to find out where the part was. After the parts guy was supposed to find out, he never got back to me. I finally got the tracking number and started my own search. Found out after 19 days Thea the part had been shipped as far as Memphis, but the box was empty. I then got the general manager involved which really did nothing for me at all. A bunch of un truths were exchanged before I finally got the part. I've had lots of trouble with the service department so quite them years ago. If you enjoy being yanked around, by all means, use Fremont Chevrolet.
