I gotta give 5 stars to John in Service! I bought a Chevy truck from Fremont Honda in Casper, in November and boy has it been a mess. Longest story ever, short, it ended up being trailered to Riverton Chevy (for exact diagnosis purposes) and by this time I’m beyond frustrated and just want my truck back… I’ve never been in the Riverton dealership, or met anyone there in person! But on our many phone calls, John was absolutely patient and kept a professional demeanor even when I expressed a lot of anguish in the situation. I feel like as much as people complain, sometimes the over worked employees don’t get told enough how helpful they are! Deon in service was Honest, fast, and smart. Very much a asset to the dealer. This is why i drove 2 hours from out of town to Riverton wy to get truck fixed. Worth the drive to deal with people who get the job done right, and price was very fair. Such a good feeling to deal with smart honest people.

I absolutely LOVE my vehicle! Garret was very professional and trustworthy. Not pushy at all like my past experiences with dealers. He took the time to show me how to use all the different vehicle functions.
