Fremont Muffler

Needed a exhaust break repaired. Stopped by for an estimate and they didn't try and up-sell me or charge too much, I know what needed to be done and roughly how much I should cost. They gave me a fair quote and had an opening right then since their 10am appointment canceled. In 20 minutes I was back on the road and it was repaired correctly. 10/10 fair pricing and excellent work, I will be back.

First of all, I hear that Rick Sr is a good guy and I believe it. He’s had this place a long while. But whomever was working today and standing at the counter and ignored an upset woman at the door after her brakes went out and she hit another car…. shame on him. I get it, you have lunch breaks and you’re allowed to have your time away, especially if there’s only one of you there. Not asking you to put aside other work but just asking for a bit of kindness. Unfortunately, it was MY mother left outside and it earned you a 1 star review.

I have been dealing with Rick at fremont muffler for a few years with several vehicles and problems. He is the most honest business owner I know. He takes care in his business to serve his customers with quality, truth and good service..not to mention at reasonable costs. You won't go wrong or be sorry you bring your business here!

I want to start out by saying how the first call I made to Rick was awesome he was very kind told me a price and that if it was anything more he would call me BEFORE doing the work, well when the time came he made the repairs and then called me to tell me the cost was not the original 125-175 he quoted but it was over $500 I was shocked and asked how could that be and why didn’t he call me before doing the work to which he said the part I supplied was wrong and he had to use his own and the cost was more and that he did some tyrod work which WAS NOT agreed on prior he ended up telling me to bring him $300 and he was sorry for the misunderstanding we had a great discussion well my husband went to pick up the car and he told him 398.00 I called and talked to Rick and he told me I was a liar

Had an exhaust leak issue and Rik had us in, and out, and happy as hell in less than 40 mins! Awesome!
