Performance Plus Quick Oil Change & Car Wash

Have monthly memberships with this place on 2 cars. One of them has roof racks on it and despite the sign at the entrance have gone through there several times since July of 2025 without any issues. Apparently the car washers have a button to turn the brush off at the end. My wife took it through yesterday and the employees didn’t push the button and ripped one of the roof racks off. The employees all said it was their fault and the GM assured my wife that they will make it right. We get a call the next day saying because they have the sign at the entrance that they were denying the claim. How do you tell someone that you will make it right and then deny it the next day? Not the greatest car wash. . . I spent $12 and my car was still quite dirty, all the way around. ** EDIT ** Someone from Performance Plus responded and let me know of their "same day" guarantee on single washes. . . That would have been great if I had the time to do that. However, I drove through the car wash on my way to work. Therefore, the "same day" guarantee expired.

We got an oil change here Saturday. A couple of hours after I got home, there was a puddle of oil leaked on my concrete driveway. My car has never leaked oil. I drove back to the oil change and they said the plug wasn’t tight but also they didn’t understand how so much oil could’ve leaked out from just the plug and created that amount of blow back. They attempted to insinuate that there could be something wrong with my motor. I let them know that this was absolutely their fault because this car has never leaked a drop of oil before today’s oil change. They said they tightened the plug and topped off the lost oil. After returning home, several hours later, and conveniently after they were closed, there was another pool of oil soaking into my concrete driveway and drips everywhere from pulli

This place used to be great but the last year or so has been nothing but issues. I have a monthly membership so I visit the car wash 3 times a week usually. Quite often, the car wash has been closed “for maintenance issues” with a sign out front blocking the entrance. I’m not sure what problems they’re experiencing but if the issues are significant enough that the wash is closed 3+ times per week, something needs corrected. Quite often the wash has shut down with myself and others inside. Usually for 2-3 minutes and then it turns back on. Lastly- I’ve been experiencing scratches and small matching dents on both sides of the vehicle. Tommy’s Car Wash is currently being built and I truly hope this place can get it together soon before they really lose business.

Not worth $ 20. $18 so called wash (Tipped $2) Got a (what should have been a) Car Wash. Left.the whole passenger side of my SUV with spots all over it with some kind of sticky residue. The dryers don't really work all that great either because my car was soaking wet when It came out and had to make sure my doors were not going to freeze. Buy yourself some really good beer and wash it yourself.
