Fresh Auto Wash

This place is closed for multiple days after every storm (no matter how heavy or light) or randomly on multiple occasions without any notice on Google or website. Also, no one answers when you call for any concerns or questions. Wasting membership money.

Have been to this automatic car wash a couple of times - they have wash packages from $12-$25 with included free vacuums. The pros: the vacuums are powerful. There has never been a line for the wash or vacuums. The cons: your car comes out pretty wet still from the tunnel. There's no toweling or towels available.

I pay $29.99 a month because it is close to home. This used to be very good but now it barely even dries my jeep. Granted I have a jeep and they say they have to put the wash on a different setting and the brushes don’t even touch the right side of my jeep or back. They said it has something to do with the back tire which is nonsense. I’ve gone through and they didn’t program it that way and it comes out perfect. Don’t do the $5 tire upgrade because it’s not worth $1. It rushes you right through like cattle. I will most likely be ending my monthly membership soon unless they can figure out a way to wash a jeep just like any other car. Staff is very professional.

My 2021 Honda Cr-V goes off the track each time I get a car wash. .Per the attendant who directed me to back up my car to get it back on track, SUV’s and pickups with larger tires often have the same issue and many people are canceling their subscription. Now the equipment that dries off the car doesn’t work, thus you need to dry off your car yourself and towels are not provided

This place was awesome the first time I used them. Tires came out shined and clean, truck was nice and clean. Now the last 4 times I’ve gone hoping it will get better it hasn’t. The machine moves you way to fast through and does not do a good job cleaning. Every time I’m left with excess soap and water/soapy spots. The tire shine never works now, gave me two greasy patches on all tires. Lastly I got a wonderful scratch down the side of my truck and more spiderwebs in clear coat then has ever been on my paint.
