Fretz RV

I had a great experience with Fretz RV and highly recommend their service department. I purchased a brand-new 2024 Jayco 22BH from Joe Hoover at Fretz in November 2024 and used this past year as our shakedown season, taking the camper out about nine times. Since Jayco offers a 2-year warranty, we brought the camper to Fretz RV for an inspection and to address a few items we noticed along the way. The issues included: A stuck flow adjustment knob on the Furrion tankless water heater A kinked cold-water line to the kitchen sink Cracking and delaminating front cap decals Fretz RV was awesome throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service from the first phone call to picking up the repaired RV. Jamie stayed in touch via phone, text or e-mail every step of the way. It took way too long, but I don’t hold Fretz responsible for that. The insurance company releasing the funds and then obtaining all the parts especially the metal for the side of the camper took the longest. The guys doing the repair had the project finished ahead of schedule and my daughter and I made the Vikingscon show down in Laplata Maryland.

Tony made it really simple for us when we wanted to trade in our camper for a new one. He answered all our questions, did a thorough walkthrough of the new camper and really helped us get out of our older smaller camper and into a brand new jayco. We were in and out in 2hrs which I thought was unheard of. We'll be back for the new upgrade when we're ready.

Fretz RV did a great job with repairs to my Leisure Travel Van. They reviewed the work required and quickly gave me an estimate to approve to start the work. Once the parts arrived, they got my unit in immediately and completed all the repairs within 1-2 days. I appreciate the quick work completion so we'll still get a chance to head south for a warm weather break from a PA winter.

What a great experience! I sat in the waiting room for the 3 hours it took to do some periodic maintenance on my Leisure Van. Everything was done perfectly. I really appreciated the technician's explanation of what he did. But the thing that I thought that was really impressive and characteristic of Fretz was the "problem solving" attitude I observed of the service office. It is really easy in customer service to become jaded, usually in private. Not here! I had a front row seat to the "back room banter". The four people in the service office where one team that genuinely cared and wanted to help. No question or concern was too trivial. They have a lot of knowledge and they shared it.
