I needed a warning light diagnosed and a regular service. The team responded quickly to my questions, diagnosed quickly once I dropped off the car, and kept in close communication throughout the process. I trust that the repair was done effectively. They helped me understand the service options and didn't pressure me to select anything other than what I wanted. You never WANT to have to get your car fixed, but if you need to, it's nice to have a company you can trust. I would come back.

We recently had our Ram truck in for suspension problems. They asked if they could take it all apart to really find what the problem was and find solutions. We really appreciated the great communication and their desire to do more than just quote a price and repair something that might not hold. I have been a long time customer of Friendly Auto Centers, from the days before the new owner to now. I had an amazing experience with the new owner that really just gave me a lot of faith, and felt the experience needed to be shared. First, I have never once felt that I paid for something that I did not need to. These guys are great at explaining the issues, and walking you through why that's important for your vehicle, which I appreciate. Second, the communication really is top notch. I'm clearly shown the issues on my vehicle, the reasonable recommendations and solutions, and talked through everything. I have been here a couple times and the service is always fantastic. Today I was attempting to get an interior trim piece replaced on my own in our truck. It was relatively simple, but I was stumped. I called and Alan told me to bring it over. He was so incredibly friendly and was able to enlist Mikey to help me finish the project. It didn’t take long at all, and I will continue to recommend them for any auto help. Great people, great service.
