I know vehicles well enough to spot fluff, and this wasn’t that. They pointed out a couple of legitimate safety issues I had not caught yet and explained why they mattered, what could wait, and what should be addressed sooner. No pressure, no scare tactics, just straight facts. The team was solid. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I had an oil leak coming from my 2020 Chrysler 300. Thinking it was coming from the transmission. I had stopped at a couple of auto repair shops and I was either not comfortable with the answers or weary if they were honest with their replies. So I went online and found Friendly Automotive. I was given a tour of the shop, introduced to the mechanics and told to have a seat in the waiting room that they would take a look at my car, After 10 minutes, Stephen came out and said the oil leak had nothing to do with the transmission, Stephen took me back to the workshop showed me where the oil leak was coming from and gave me the cost to rep

I came in for an engine oil change, and the mechanic found a water pump leak, so I decided to replace it as well.
