Ummm... wish I was offered more for my vehicle since it is still worth alot. Seemed like at first they didnt think I had money to buy a new car so they kept pushing me towards lower priced cars until I let it slipped we owned a business and then all of the sudden they were okay with me looking at higher priced cars. It was a little off putting. Maybe I misread the situation. I think overall they are good though
