Friend's Auto Service & Repair Center - Garden City

I love this place. They have been taking care of my car for about a year now. They ALWAYS explain things so one can understand why they are doing what to your car. Their service is quick and efficient. I cant thank them enough for taking care of my little red wagon so well.

I have been their customer for 15 years and there is a good reason for that. The repairs have always been done well and quickly, the prices have been fair and I have always been treated with a friendly and patient manner. I have never had a reason to complain about their work. It would be nice if there were more places like this. Good job guys!!!

I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. I have gone here on several occasions and feel better walking away from the experience every time. The owner of the shop is very genuine and helpful, treating his customers like actual people. I have dealt with other mechanic shops in the area, and many have lacked the qualities of strong communication and conscientiousness that would put customers at ease. If you're not the biggest "car person" in the world and you need a reliable and trustworthy shop that will work with you and not take advantage of an already expensive service, this place is a dream come true.

Took a car there that we were thinking on buying. Car seemed great on test drive. Friend's found a lot wrong with the car. It would be several thousand to fix. Totally worth the $60 investment. Friendly, prompt service. Made us feel like Friends. Oh, and we did not buy the car.

I was advised that my car needed an alternator so I took my car to Friends. They tested everything but couldn't find a problem with the alternator and suggested it my be electrical, which they dont do. Instead of replacing a part that it doesn't appear need, they were honest. Didn't even charge for the diagnostic since they couldn't find anything wrong. Still dont know what's wrong with my ride but I truly appreciate the honesty. That is priceless!
