They did an amazing job with fixing my car! They had it towed for me to their shop all the way from Jackson which was fully covered by insurance thanks to the shop! They also paid over half of my deductible. Very professional. Great customer service. Im so thankful I chose them! Highly recommend choosing them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Auto Body Shop in Michigan One Stop Collision Shop is hands-down the best auto body shop I’ve ever used. I’ve been in the service business for 30+ years as a Realtor, and these guys truly under-promise and over-deliver. After denting the tailgate on my 2025 Ram Rebel, Adham told me not to worry and said it would take two days. To my surprise, the truck was finished early and fully detailed. It hasn’t looked this good since the day I bought it. If you have any auto body needs, this should be your first and only stop. Highly recommend.

My car battery died next door and thankfully they were kind enough to walk over and help me jump the car. It was so cold and I had been waiting for my roadside assistance to come for over an hour so I am extremely grateful they were so kind to help me out. Had a collision while working down in Louisiana. I didn't have time to get it completely fixed while I was there so when I got back to Michigan, I brought it to One Stop. This was honestly the most hassle-free experience I've ever had with a shop. They took over the work where the last shop left off and even paid my deductible. When I picked up the car, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Work was done in a very timely manner considering that parts were special order only. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!
