i really hate to be that person but we paid 6k for my 2019 explorer to get a water pump & timing chain when we picked up my car a week later after they told us it was fixed i made it 30 minutes down the road and my low engine oil pressure light came on. i pulled over and my husband noticed they didn’t put my dipstick to check my oil back in. oil was all over the bottom of my car not knowing if it done damage we had it towed back to the dealership. the next morning we got a call at 9am mind you they open at 8am saying that they looked over my car and it didn’t do any damage and it was fine. they put a dipstick back in and drove it to my house to deliver it. a few hours after that i got in it to move it from our driveway to our yard & noticed a knocking sound so we had it towed back to the d

I blow the engine while traveling on Christmas eve and was stranded for a couple days. Contracted Frendship Ford and told them my situation and they came and picked me up at hotel and helped me pick out a new truck. Aaron the dealer even helped me unload my old truck and pack the new one. Went to tow company storage are and got my boat and got back on the road with V6 ecosystem, 1st time driving one of these. It pulled my boat with no issues, LOVE IT!
