Frisco Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair

I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution with this repair shop. My experience: 1. Called their Frisco location about ONE specific part inspection. Instead of helping us there, they redirected us to a different location an hour away. 2. Pre-service communication was concerning - staff didn’t provide consultation costs or clear directions upfront. 3. After driving an hour to their remote location (instead of their advertised Frisco shop), the mechanic spent only 5 minutes looking at my truck. Without performing any detailed diagnostics, he quickly dismissed my specific concern and claimed this part needed replacement and he can’t replace it. 4. They charged us an exorbitant $450 for this 5-minute "diagnostic" where the mechanic declared that everything was broken

My truck's computer diagnostics showed a serious issue while on the road. The mechanic who came out was knowledgeable and solved the problem on the spot.

Quite pleased with the service. They replaced the hydraulic hoses on my trailer efficiently and without any fuss.

Scam! They ask you to cross the city to meet a guy from different company who will tell you that part is broken for $450
