Frisco Water Works , Self Service & Touchless Wash

I had a great experience using the touchless car wash at this place. I went on a Friday around 11:00 pm, and for only $14 the machine did an excellent job. The touchless system is worth every penny. I was worried about using other places with big brushes because I didn’t want to risk scratching my brand-new 2026 Toyota, so this was the perfect option. It was definitely worth it. I’m very happy with the results and glad we have this option here in Frisco

Just stopped here to use the Touchless car wash system and couldn’t be any happier with my experience, Mohammed helped me with wash as it was my first time using a Touchless system. I drove all the way from Dallas and would make the drive again to use this car wash system.

Unresponsive to emails when you have issues. Just got $5 bill in the drive in laser carwash. When I cancelled It didn’t return my cash/ (not even coins). It just said ‘Could not print receipt please see cashier..’ Just emailed and have not received a response. The other bays were not accepting bills as well. One of the bay foam brush wasn’t working during the wash. I had to move to another bay, where I had issues with bills. In trying to get change on this other bay, that’s when I lose my $5. On a different day sometime ago the dryer wasn’t working and I had to lose my money. I wouldn’t recommend this place; rather find a place where there is an attendant to give you a refund or some token.

This place is awesome! I don’t like using car washes with machines scratching my vehicle. I prefer this old school style. My vehicle is clean thanks to this establishment. Washing a car is not difficult! Just know that there is a timer. Use Critical thinking & this place will not let you down… 5 stars!

I was super happy with my $14 "touchless" car wash. It was excellent and efficient. Not sure why there are some reviews that shame the place. I loved it. Better it than me breaking my back to wash, rinse and dry. Coming from NYC there are NO touchless car washes and very few brushless car washes. I just arrived here with a new car and I've only washed by hand until I arrived. I went to Zips, after my car was shipped filthy, and they couldn't get 1/2 the dirt off. Then I spent an hour using the provided spray bottle and towels to try and get the rest of the dirt off...Waste of money.
