I brought my 2016 Volvo to Fritz’s Car Care this morning after discovering it was leaking oil. Glen let me drop the car off so they could take a look, letting me know they wouldn’t be able to work on it likely until next week. Got a call this afternoon after they took a look, Glen let me know that they were able to fix the issue same day! Such a great experience, Glen was great to chat with and definitely knows his stuff! Will definitely be returning when my car needs future maintenance.

If you need an honest mechanic, go here! My car crapped out on me on my way to work and I had it towed here. They explained to me the improper work previously done on my car that caused the break down and were fully willing to document these mistakes. Ive never really had a great experience with a mechanic due to them usually trying to price gauge/straight up scam me, but as a younger woman i felt that the employees here genuinely treated me like an equal which is new for me in this industry

I had had Valvoline give me wrong information and called Fritz Car Care to see what they could do and they not only fixed the situation but did it very fast and efficiently. It is nice to find a mechanic I can trust and will definitely come back. I recommend to anyone who is looking.

Took my 2015 Nissan in to replace brake pad + rotors due to grinding metal sounds. Fritz car care ended doing a general inspection and found out there was A BUNCH of things wrong with my car totaling about $2k. They let me take a couple hours after the initial diagnosis to figure out the financials, and even drafted up detailed receipt of how much everything would cost after taxes, labor, parts, etc. Answered all my many questions and helped me come to a decision. In the end, I just asked to replace the rear brake pad/rotors/calipers and to install a missing sway bar link totaling to about $1.1k after all the fees. They don't do any special discounts for VCU students, but he explained how their labor rates are a bit lower than other local shops so I was okay with that. Overall it was a gr

Best mechanic I have ever been to. I don't know what these 1 star reviews are smoking because I have gotten the most honest, helpful, transparent advice and work I ever experienced with my 2012 Subaru. He saved me money and is always timely. When they are too busy to have something done within the day, it's normally because it's the end of the month (inspections due) or issues beyond their control. I will reccomend this shop everytime.
