We recently stopped by the tow office to look for my son’s car. They did not have it but were very helpful tracking it down for us. The man at the front desk called around to several different tow companies until he found the car. A man at the desk also looked up companies and got phone numbers. We were very appreciative of the kindness and help these 2 men showed us. Highly recommend!!

I called around a few different tow companies to ask them if they tow something like this. I had no clue how much it weighed or what it even was. It was completely full of water which requires them to dump out. Not only did they give me a fast and accurate quote, but they met me on time and we’re very professional! Even though this wasn’t a typical tow, they were more than happy to help! I will never use another tow company again, Froedge’s is who I will always trust from here on out!

When looking at my id and scanning it to get my car back, they forgot to give it back to me. On top of that, they were not kind when trying to figure out my information and got frustrated with me quickly when I was clearly in a rough situation and trying to get everything figured out. When contacted, I was told they sent theID out immediately. I have never received it and must assume they sent it to either sent it to the incorrect address that I specifically told them not to send it to, they never sent it, or it was returned to sender and they didn't care enough to try again. It was like pulling teeth to get my ID replaced and it was right around my 21st birthday so I missed out on celebrating with my friends and family for a really important milestone plus everything else going on. Needed a heavy tow today. These guys were prompt, professional and prepared. Justin got my truck hoisted up and out of traffic quickly and safely. Thank you

I am so glad that a friend referred me to Froedge’s. The Owner, Walter and employees like Chad and Bev were all incredibly kind, respectful and honest. Chad actually listened to what we said the issue was. Before coming to Froedge’s we had taken the vehicle to the shop across town that didn’t even listen to us. They recommended over $1000 worth of unnecessary work none of which would’ve had actually fixed the problem. Froedge’s fixed only what was needed, saving us time, money, and frustration. 😊 It’s hard to find a place where everyone treats you with genuine kindness and respect.
