HUGE Shout out to Shawn! I decided to take advantage of the 4th of July sale they were running, and finally pulled the trigger on my roof rack! The quality of the product is excellent. The vehicle it is mounted to is a 1989 Range Rover Classic. Unfortunately, I was running into some fitment issues. I called the local office here in socal, and Shawn was the person that helped me out. Lots of emails, phone calls, and photos back and forth working through what the fitment problems were. Great experience all round. Purchased a slimsport roofrack with a number of accessories. Install done with their fitment center. Comfortable lounge area with drinks & snacks + Wifi to get some work done while waiting. There are a lot of complaints RE to customer service, but I had a rather pleasant experience from start to end. Yes, you cannot always get a hold of someone when calling in, but they do have black friday specials at the moment , so expect delays. I will definitely be back !

Had a problem with a Front Runner roof rack on my new Land Rover Defender. Shawn from Front Runner worked with me to resolve it quickly. Awesome customer service. I sent photos, they pointed out that I had installed an incorrect wind deflector. With the correct one installed I can now drive my Defender without ear plugs! I barely know its there.

I purchased the front runner bars for my Toyota Tacoma to place them on top of my Diamondback cover. This bars look amazing! They are well built for my personal use. I was missing two stickers in one of the bars and I personally contacted Front Runner. Their customer service department was incredibly attentive to my needs. Top notch customer service. I ordered a rack for my truck and it was making a humming sound. I emailed support and this was all resolved in less then 30 minutes. Their response time was instant. I didn’t have to call or wait days for a reply. Customer service is rare now days. I will definitely order from here again in the future.
