One star because we've been bringing our car here for over a year now for oil changes and recently had issues. 2 times ago, after dropping off and picking up the car, there was a small rip in the steering wheel after we got it back. Since it was small, we didn't think too much of it. But the last time we brought the car in and picked it up, there were some pretty bad scratches and scrapes on the steering wheel. We immediately noticed because when putting our hands on the wheel, it is extremely rough. We mentioned it to both people who work inside the shop and they aren't taking it seriously. We've called multiple times to try to get it sorted out and I'm always told that they'll "give us a call when the guy who fixes that stuff is in". I came here to buy a SUV. I was not greeted or acknowledged. I felt like just leaving. I applied for credit but, was denied. They tried another source for financing but, they used another credit reporting agency than the one I used, needless to say, I left without buying a vehicle. I do not recommend them for buying another vehicle.

I’m so glad I found this place. They got me in and out fast and fixed the issue my Toyota had. They were friendly and helpful. The shop is nice, plenty of places to sit and wait. Very fair pricing. Would go back!!

Edit (12/2024): I’ve taken my vehicles to Frontier for years, and they always do a great job. Recently, I brought my pickup truck in for an inspection, and they found an issue. The team went above and beyond to ensure it was fixed without breaking the bank. I really appreciate their honesty and effort to save people money while still doing quality work. Definitely still recommend.

Took my car in for inspection and brakes! Brake service was performed and affordable, the mechanic knowledgeable and pleasant. Love the new text system where they send all the info to your phone (service, recommendations, cost) Just moved to the area … so I will be back!
