While at the beginning stages on having renown GM torque converter problems, I reached out to the team at FTS and was invited to the shop to help see my options in person. I was very impressed by the knowledge to identify the failures that the transmission has and explain my options to make repairs. As I plan to keep the truck as long as possible, I got the opportunity to talk about the trucks daily function, what i would like to be able to do when needs arise, and custom build by what suited my needs and payment options. I am very pleased with the outcome and the truck drives much better with much better shifts. I highly recommend this shop and very pleased i got the opportunity to work with this team
