2015 impala transmission rebuilt in 3 weeks . They do 1st come 1st serve at 1st I was unsure with that but i actually like that ideal more . Saved me thousands of dollars from other shops the 3.5 % on card didn’t even bother me due to saving so much what’s $100 knwing I saved damn near 3k

They were referred to me by SCOTTS TOWING. They don't set appointments. The owner told me too just my H2 Hummer over and put it in line. I did so, expecting a few weeks to get a response back. Unexpectedly. I received a call in 2 weeks saying it was ready to be picked up!!!! IM SUPER HAPPY!!! SHE DRIVES AND PULLS BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE IMAGINED!!! They beat everybody else's price by a COUPLE 1000!!!!! The owner and his wife are super cool and down to earth! I CANT FORGET TO THANK THE GUYS IN THE SHOP!!!!! YALL ROCK!!!!!

Steve is the best in the business. But I spoke with him about a two weeks ago and was told to call in about two weeks to bring my car in called today and was told he’s not taking any cars in. We was taking this car to Daytona next month and now I’m having to take my car to 1st transmission. Steve has built many transmissions for me and I consider him the best in the business. But don’t tell someone to call back in 2 weeks then turn them saying you can’t get to it. When I had already spoke to him about it.

This transmission place doesn't do scheduling he just says when your car shows up, you're on the schedule. So, he told me to bring my vehicle the next week and when I dropped it off, he said he couldn't do it. So, after driving a vehicle 40 miles with a slipping transmission and I get "I can't do it" no apologies nothing but I can't do it!! If he would do scheduling like a normal business like taking your name, number, etc. he could have called me and told me he couldn't do it over the phone, and I wouldn't have traveled that far with a bad transmission. I can't rate is work only his attitude and scheduling. You better call before traveling and make sure he can do the job.

Had an 02 Silverado transmission rebuilt at 161,000 miles. It now has 181,000 miles and it lost the high gear already. I've only towed a small 6x10 single axle camper with it only about 3 time. Only 20,000 miles? Something was for sure done half assed.
