FULL SERVICE GAS STATION AND REPAIR SHOP

These mechanics are lying crooks. I went to this mechanic because my car had trouble starting. They said it was the battery and changed it. Leaving the shop my car was still having trouble starting and they said it was fixed and dismissed me. 2 days later I broke down and had to call triple A. triple A said it’s the starter but the battery is at 30% so tell that mechanic he needs to change the battery again when they change the starter. The owners of the shop said they would change the battery. When I picked up the car, I noticed they never changed the battery. The mechanic lied and said but we did change the battery. I said no you didn’t your lying and he said how would you know if I’m lying and I said cause I took a picture of the battery yesterday and marked the battery with a pen. He

These guys were awesome! I hit a terrible pot hole on the road into the city and immediately knew something was very wrong with my car. I was too scared to drive the car across town to the dealership once I got home so I walked across the street hoping the guys at this repair shop may be able to help. Not only were they able to take the car same day but they were able to fix two cracks in the muffler, fix a leak in the power steering and do an oil change - all within 48 hours and for a very reasonable price. I was so nervous when I got back in the car after the repairs but it ran perfectly. The guys were super sweet and didn't patronize me which can be rare when you're a young woman going to get your car repaired. They gave it to me straight and communicated along the way. Last year I brought my Mercedes 300C car in for brakes. David was absolutely amazing. He ordered Mercedes brakes and pads, showed me on the computer ahead of ordering with his cost. Mercedes told me it was the front front brakes, but David accurately diagnosed the rear brakes AND actually showed me the wear on the back vs the front. He was less than half price of Mercedes and had my car ready in one day! I'll be returning. Thanks!

Took my vehicle there a few times and it was OK. Last time I brought in a catalytic converter to have it switched, not only they charged me $300+ to do the labor, which I don't even know if they actually did it, but the check engine light came back about the catalytic converter after I used the reader, brought it back and they said that it was the wrong one and they could switch it for an used one, then he started throwing numbers up to $1600 which gave me a red flag, because last time was the same thing, they supposedly do the job but the issues return within a day or two so not only you pay for the first time but you end up paying more for the second time. Horrible service, they actually deserve 0 stars. I called to schedule a time to get my car inspected; I was told I don't need to schedule a time, just come before 5pm. I got there at 4pm (after work). I was literally ignored for about 5 minutes before one of the guys decided to help me. I greeted him, mentioned that I called earlier and that I was there to do my routine car inspection. He then went and told another guy who took one look at me and said "No". The first guy then turned to me and said "No Mami, go to 106th and 1st Ave, they take care of you." I don't know what their issue was but they were extremely rude, unprofessional and wasted my time.
