Javier and Adam made the experience of purchasing our first travel trailer easy and fun. Both were extremely informative and continue to offer tips and help even after our purchase. They helped us pick the perfect trailer for our family and we can’t wait to pick it up. We received a great deal at a local travel show. An update to this review will be posted once we complete the experience but given the level of customer support thus far I don’t anticipate any issues at all. We just bought a toyhauler from here and the service from Javier and Jose was more than we expected. My husband is very picky and stuck in his ways and Javier was patient and did everything he could to make him happy with our purchase. I would gladly buy another camper /toyhauler from here but as I told them at purchase we are keeping this beauty.

Great experience from start to finish. After searching near our home in Albany, NY for a hard‑side A‑frame pop‑up camper, we finally found the exact model we wanted at Fun Town RV Indianapolis and made the trip out to pick it up. The team was fantastic—responsive from our first inquiry through the entire purchase process, which gave us a lot of confidence as out‑of‑state buyers. The walkthrough was smooth, and the technician clearly knew the camper inside and out. Prices may be similar across dealers, but the service is truly what makes a difference. Javier (Sales Manager) Jose (Sales), and Joe (Technician) were fantastic. Special shout to Megan (Finance). Megan is so friendly and personable, what an absolute joy to work with. We went not expecting to have such GREAT SERVICE! Literally EVERYONE we came in contact with treated us with such respect and courtesy. They went above and beyond to find us the perfect camper after we had been searching for 2yrs, we finally found our home away from home! From the time you walk in, the tour, the paperwork, every step didnt feel like we were being pressured. It was like we were part of the family. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND FUN TOWN TO ALL OUR FRIENDS....YOU TOO!! GO THERE FIRST, SAVE YOURSELF TIME and the headache from the other places!!!!
