Monday went in. They don’t have my part stocked. Said they could get it in by 730 Tuesday. Came back Tuesday …..WRONG PART….”we’ll get the correct part in tomorrow” Came back on Wednesday…..NOTHING! Nobody ordered MY PART ! I needed a car battery as well but….

I can't remember the person's name who helped me out but he was super friendly and installed my wiper blades for me. Helped me to find other things I needed as well. Great place for all your car needs.

They say they price match well do not walk out the door and try to walk back inside with it because Tri-County offered apart for $29 and O'Reilly charged $69 and they would not offer the price match because I just walked out the door not even 30 seconds before so very very unprofessional

I did prefer to buy from this particular store and have gave them a lot of business. But after my encounter with “Courtney” this morning with her rude and unprofessional attitude I will take my business anywhere else but here! I apologize for coming in first thing in the morning causing you to have to do 2 mins of work. I’m done with this location and will never buy from O’Reilly again!

I stopped in to have my battery checked and found it needed replaced. A young man named CJ was super helpful. He tested my battery, helped me select and install my new battery in freezing temps. He provided excellent customer service, and I felt well cared for. Thanks Sir!
