I purchased a simagic drift package from them back in march. Their shipping and delivery was timely and never got to the point of questioning my purchase! Fast forward to September I ran into an issue with my TB-1 handbrake type C cable where it got damaged. Evan was in constant communication with me seeking to resolve the issue. In the end they ended up sourcing me a USB-C 90º CABLE that fixed my issue and is better suited for my set up!! THANK YOU!

I recently brought my bmw M5 to FFP in Thousand Oaks after my Valvetronic exhaust was badly damaged. Their team thoroughly assessed the issue and confirmed it was beyond repair, then helped me get a replacement ordered right away. The level of professionalism and communication was outstanding from start to finish. I know there has been a lot of negative reviews but my experience has been great I made a large order of carbon fiber parts for my 2024 mustang. First shipment arrived in about 3 day from the order date and all the pieces I receive were excellent. One piece that was the Anderson V-5 hood vent did not arrive so I call Function Factory and spoke to Charles he contacted Anderson and I received the last item. It took about 2 weeks but they FFP stayed in contact with me and everything was good. All the items I receive were well packaged and excellent quality. I had a very good experience with FFP.

You want a real review I will give it to you. Where others fail, Charles and his team SHINES. I unfortunately decided it was a great idea to fill my 2017 C63S with 87 octane. How exactly that happened isn’t the point. SHOP AFTER SHOP kept giving me the run around which is when I got into contact with Charles. From day 1 I knew he was the man from the job.
