This place of business certainly doesn’t know what business etiquette is! I went there last Saturday to have Shannon put in a new compressor in my truck because the A/C wasn’t working and it needed a new compressor . Before I left there, I asked him if he does anything to cars other than the A/C and he said yes, so I made an appointment with him for the following Monday to get my vehicle checked. Got there on Monday and waited 45 minutes for him to get to work. After he arrived I got out of my vehicle for him to drive it in onto the lift , I turn to him and suggested he open the windows and listened to the vehicle while he’s driving in . Got to the entrance of the garage and Shannon was driving my truck off the property to test drive it, which was NOT discuss or agreed on with me. Mind you

Came with one problem and left with another. They tried to make me think I was crazy. The guy who worked on my car was rude! When I told him my car was not making that sound yesterday, he shrugged his shoulders at me and walked off. The owner in nice but still was trying to tell me that, the sound coming from my car is nothing to worry about. UM EXCUSE ME SIR??? My car was not making that sound when I came in. NOT to mention they told me it was a 4hr job, so I waited, at hr 6 I asked are we almost there. They hadn't even takin the part off yet. It was stuck, and for 6 hrs NO ONE said a word. It cost me $75 to get home with Uber because it was 4pm on a Wednesday. I tried to give my ppl my business, but I won't be back!!

Mr. Garth is running a quality business and you can tell he’s been doing it for quite some time. His mechanics are very knowledgeable. Very honest and fair. Never had to take my car back after a repair. Will bring any car I own here and recommend.
