Gary and His crew is the best mechanic in town. I always rely on G&A for fixing my old car. Gary is one in a kind of mechanic I knew, they are honest, and very understanding. if I don’t have money, Gary let me to pay installment until I paid off. I always recommend G&A to all my co workers and friend. They are very reliable mechanics.

Gary and his team have taken care of my Honda Civic—14 years—And my rented car (about 2 years) and my Kia Soul (8 years). I have known Gary since before he had G & A Automotive. My out of state friends wish they had such excellent service and someone who always treated their car as if it were a very special friend!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this shop. Gary is a sweetheart and got what I needed done quickly. As someone who is not all familiar with cars, Gary made sure to explain what I needed done and why, which not many people do. My favorite part of the experience was when he called to confirm the work and prices with me before starting the work which I really did appreciate. This is a great shop to go to!

EXTREMELY rude, overpriced, and blatantly disrespectful customer service from Gary the moment I walked in. I came for a routine inspection and was then charged $120 to change 2 light bulbs, which took 10 minutes. I said I can’t afford his rates and Gary started trembling and yelling at me to go someplace else, where I’d have to pay all over again. When I asked him to stop yelling, he told me it’s because he’s deaf. Really???? I would NEVER recommend anyone come here, EVER. I chose this place versus the franchise shop down the block because I wanted to support a local business- what a mistake! I have never been treated so poorly before! Gary has zero customer service skills and is obviously struggling to stay afloat, so he rips off the people who come here for service. AVOID THIS SHOP.

Just needing mechanical work on my car is stressful. Gary makes me feel comfortable and wants to help.
