Gene was a life saver! We were passing through and needed brakes and rotors. Not only did he do amazing work he walked us through everything showed us some necessary truck maintenance. He was very kind and honest with us. We are so grateful for him and his work.

Our car ran into troubles on a Saturday night while traveling through the valley. Gene came to us Sunday morning and helped solve and fix the problem to get us back on the road. Honest, knowledgeable and affordable.

And his labor rates were so fair that we felt like we should’ve tipped him on top of his work. On top of that he is a wealth of knowledge! He came out last minute on a weekend morning and fixed our problem that was quoted $350 but only charged us $120. Called us to check in the next day to see how we were going. We’re on our way back to him now to help us with our breaks, his quote for the job is significantly cheaper than the rest and his work is flawless. So here is the story! About 3 weeks ago my husband and I went to o'reilly's in alamosa to exchange our alternator. And that's were we met Gene. From "G & C mobile mechanic" After meeting him a week later our clutch went out so we gave him a shot. "Then our axels were bad, then our rear oil seal" was bad so he said. 2 weeks later yesterday we got our car back and then he tried to get more money from us. He is a swindler and does shotty work! The clutch is great! Now Oil is leaking everywhere from where the rear oil seal.. (Transmission) is, and the axels are making noise and when I contacted him yesterday afternoon (daylight) to tell him what was going on, just for him to come and looked he told my husband it was no longer his problem and to take to a shop!
