I bought a 2017 Buick lacrosse about 2 ish months ago and I love it it runs great and it was by far one of the best car buying experiences me and my parents have had. When we took it for a test ride we noticed that the passenger window wasn’t going down all the way and the wiper arm need adjusted so it wouldn’t hit the piller and the steering wheel adjust button was missing and ac wasn’t working right. We let them know about those things and they were so kind and fixed them all the ac ended up needed repaired it ended up being two bad washers but they did say I can come back if it needed fixed but they were so nice to deal with and helped me out with the other issues I just took it to a shop near me and had it repaired. They gave me such a great deal and great experience I think it was not
