Kirby and team helped us patch a tire on our drive through Kansas. They welcomed us and our dog to sit inside while they did a quick job repair and we chatted the whole time. I had another issue the next day, called and Kirby again came through trying to help me troubleshoot the issue and find a repair shop near me. I’m very grateful for their services and hospitality!

Great place to get your car serviced! I had bad experience with Lewis Toyota of Hays KS but upon switching G & L Tire & Automotive Inc I have not had any issues. They do a excellent job in their profession and also are very good in price. I would recommend this place for car service and tire repair.

I called to make an appointment and was quoted an exact price (parts/labor/tax) and was made to feel like the repair would be handled by someone knowledgeable and like we had discussed. After my vehicle was in, on the lift, and taken apart, I could tell when they called me to let me know it was taking longer than expected that they were NOT knowledgeable just by the comments made to me. When I went to pay the bill and get my vehicle, it was MORE than what I was quoted and I had written it down when I had called in so I know it wasn't my fault. If you need to charge more because you find more things wrong or discuss this with the customer in advance, that's one thing. But to do just the repair that was quoted and use the exact part that was quoted, but then change the price by more than

Take my Escape here for service; never any issues or problems, work is done quick and as per the quote. I take the 1* ratings on here with a grain of salt, as over the years I've seen the counter guys at G&L tell several customers that work WASN'T needed, or that they were able to source parts cheaper than originally quoted. That's pretty ethical. They could just have easily lied and said work was needed, but they don't.
