Came in for heating running cold in the car. Paid 200$ for diagnostics. Been told it's likely the thermostat (410$) or the water pump (600$). Paid for the water pump (already 800$ in). No change. Went ahead and replaced the thermostat myself (not exactly a car guy, but done it). No change. Flushed the heating core (after research online). The heat came back. Never shop here. They're either liars or amatuers. Would've been an easy issue to spot for a decent mechanic. 15 minute job (cost water).

I brought my first Corvette to Eric and the crew @ GP for over 5 years. They took immaculate care of it and made life easy for me. I'll be doing the same thing with the next Corvette. A "little red Corvette" convertible. They will do everything from normal maintenance to fixing the hard stuff. And, they will do it professionally, politely and proudly. Excellent experience! I had a persistent differential whining noise in my 2017 Mercedes-Benz G63 that was noticeable at freeway speeds. A previous shop couldn’t pinpoint the source of the issue, and even the Mercedes dealer told me it could be “multiple things” without offering a clear answer. These guys were different — they had the right diagnostic tools and were able to accurately identify the source of the noise within just a few hours. Their expertise and efficiency saved me a lot of time and frustration. Highly recommended if you’re looking for real answers.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with GP Automotive Inc and my entire experience was excellent! I had been using a different shop since 2022, and grew increasingly concerned with their lack of quality service. I met with Scott and Jim to share my story. They provided kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable service. They conducted bumper to bumper diagnostic testing and reported things that were critical and things that could wait. The critical issues were immediately addressed and the costs were reasonable. They have a new loyal customer now!
