The end of September 2025, I took my 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition to Gabe's after getting estimates ftom 4 different places. Gabe's on Genessee St. gave me a median estimate, but I decided to go with them not because of the great price but because of the high customer reviews and testimonials. Steve was my appointed handler, and he was wonderful to work with. He is straightforward, knowledgeable, and highly dependable. I was well-informed of the status of my car on a daily basis, and the repair was finished and ready for me on the day that Steve quoted. I had my 2016 Honda Civic worked on here as a part of a GEICO insurance claim from a front end collision. When I got the vehicle back all of the work looked and felt great. I had a few questions on things and both the mechanic and the manager were happy to sit down with me and fully explain everything that I was concerned about. Really appreciate the solid work and the great customer service.
