This dealership did a great job handling the repairs. I had a complete nightmare of a situation dealing with 3 other shops before I decided to bring it up to them and had I done it in the first place I would've saved TIME AND MONEY. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and prompt including the night time manager John Sanford Jr. and assistant manager Dominic Palomarez as well. Chris Bradley the service manager quarterbacked this service job and did a phenomenal job with communication, estimates and the diagnosis process itself was like night and day compared to previous dealings. Took a dump truck I was selling into Gabrielli that required a full ECM readout. Chris Bradley was able to get me in the same day I booked the appointment and was extremely accommodating throughout the process. Definitely recommend Gabrielli for all heavy-duty servicing — Chris went above and beyond. He deserves a raise!
