Gaeta Towing and Recovery

I requested a tow at the expense of my insurance. The tow driver was late, according to my insurance schedule, however, they arrived when I requested them to arrive. The driver was very polite, courteous, and gentle with my car. He tried to jump my car before he towed my car. Which I truly appreciated. Thank you again. I wish I had caught his name.

Extremely fast and friendly service. John arrived on site to tow my car quickly. He went above and beyond by making sure to bring a shovel to dig out my car if needed. He delivered my car to my home safely and then helped get it inside my pole barn. Price was on point. I will most definitely call them again in the future!!

My tire blew and I was stranded on the side of the road with my son. I was told to call this company and I am sure glad that I did. He got to me within 10 minutes and gave us a ride/tow to R&R Tire so we could get the tire replaced. Professional but also down to earth. Was careful with my truck. They now have me as a customer for life. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you!!!!

I have a friend whose car was having issues. I spoke with an individual on the phone the night prior to the car towing, and they were available immediately either in the evening in the morning. The morning leading up to the tow they were very communicative, they did not need the keys, and I paid for the service two minutes after they dropped the car off.

Couldn’t get my car started even jumping with a brand new battery. Called these guys up to have it towed to a mechanic and the tow man was able to start my car using heavy duty jumpers! I didnt even have to have it towed or pay for a mechanic!! He was also super friendly and communicated well beforehand. If i could give more stars I would
