I am extremely disappointed in the service here. I was just there o. Friday and this man tried to say my car was burning oil, he didn’t even have the correct miles on the car, he kept insisting he was correct, he never even changed my oil, to busy inspecting other parts on my car. I asked him not to look for anything else on my car and just finish the oil change, he brought my car out to me? With no oil change? He said that he assumed I wanted to leave? I said I brought my car here for an oil change, why wasn’t it done. He said you will have to go to the back of the line now there are other customers. I said can you at least put some oil in my car it needs it. He was then extremely rude, he never said a word and never even told me when he brought my car around. I will never go back there!

The guy that waited on me rolled his eyes when I said I have been here but this car had not. He treated me with a cold shoulder. I have never been treated so bad here. Another customer walks in and he was way nicer to him

This place has uneducated people working here. I purchased a gift certificate for my son to take his car for an oil change. He knows nothing about oil changes since he's a new driver. So I figured I'd save him the confusion and buy a gift certificate for the lowest priced oil change. The garage knew the exact make and model of his car. So it was determined on what kind of oil he was going to need. He took the gift certificate and the receipt with all the details to this place a few hours later. As soon as my son handed them the receipt and gift certificate, they asked him if he wanted full synthetic. My son, not knowing what that even means, said yes.
