I've never had an issue with these bays. Always worked well for me and the machinery is all in good working order. My technique for washing a car is simple. Spray it down starting at the roof and working down to tires. Then change it to rinse and repeat the same motion. Don't forget to USE WAX. oh yes -- wax that ride, wheels or whip - whatever you call your vehicle -- don't forget to hit it with a good 60 seconds or more.

Went through the automatic car wash and it left lots of soap and dirt on the car. Spoke to the employee to see if he would just quickly hose off the excess soap and dirt left on the car. He was very rude and refused. Will never return.
