I took my Audi here after seeing a recommendation for this shop online, and unfortunately my experience was less than stellar. First of all, it took weeks to get the repairs done, and they would never call me back to update me, I had to CONSTANTLY call them to ask for an update even though the front desk employee would say "we'll call you on *insert day* with an update". That day would pass, and then I'd have to call them again. I think I called for an update 5 or 6 times - their communication is HORRIBLE Then, when the repairs were finally completed, there was damage to my interior trim, which was cracked, my door handle was broken, and my push start button was destroyed. This was my first experience with this place and I would have to say, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of repairs to their car. While looking around for the right person for the job, I was also seeing if certain places had loaner cars while yours is in the shop, which Galaxy did! Chris gave me a great deal on the car rental and was there every step of the process keeping me updated with the details about my car. They were able to fix everything + more all within my budget which I loved the most! They definitely take care of their clients the right way and are affordable too. Loved my experience here!

Had a great experience with this body shop. Real happy with the service and staff. All the staff is really nice and the price was great. I had airbags that needed to be install and modules that needed to program and they did it all. Took it to Toyota and passed everything. Super grateful for their help and efficient time. Recommend to all.
