I'm a service worker and got in a pinch with my breaks wearing out in Port Angeles on a sunday. I had a 4hr drive ahead of me and couldn't possibly do the drive with blown out breaks. Isaac got me in quickly and was more than fare priced to a stranded travler. A level of fairness and equity entirely unheard of at coporate shops nowadays. I'd give him 10 stars if possible. Always check in here first for an opening because you matter!

I came in with a busted fuel line, part would take until next week to arrive and I had to leave Monday, guys patched me a new line after looking into it same day not even two hours after leaving my truck with them, excellent friendly and professional love these guys.

I had an oil leak fixed a few weeks ago and was very happy with the service. I had a diagnostic within the hour of dropping it off, a reasonable quote, and time frame to fix it. I was prepared to leave my car over night but he was able to fix it same day. I work full time and needed to get into a shop on the weekend, this is the only shop I could find open in the weekend. I will definitely be returning for other car needs and referring folks to Gales Auto.

We went to the mechanic because our radiator blew a leak on a roadtrip, and he helped us find a replacement the same day and get us back on the road! He was very flexible and accommodating. It was definitely going to be a couple hundred more at another shop. Thank you!

Aiden at Gales did the best diagnosis on my car. It was $125. 2 other places , one said I needed a starter. $900 later didnt fix it n the other place said alternator. Gales said it was a light from the glove box staying on draining the battery. So this guy is awesome. Thank u so much!
