Wonderful experience! This was my first time using Les Schwab and I am now going to be a loyal customer. After dealing with a slow leak in a tire for some time, I used the online service to schedule an appointment. I was greeted, the tire was fixed, and I was back on the road in less than half an hour. Everyone was professional and pleasant. I'm so very pleased!
Thank you for going above and beyond when we had a tire blowout an hour and a half away, we had the Tesla towed to the location. They were already working on it the next morning before I even called. They even sent someone out to pick us up and bring us to get our car at a very affordable cost. When no one else was available. There was no Ubers and no bus routes.
I recently replaced the tires and rear brakes on my vehicle. I've used Les Schwab in California for many years. This location blows the rest I've used out of the water. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They took great care of my vehicle and I look forward to visiting them for future service needs!
Always a good experience here. Comforting to know my car will be taken care of and safe to drive. Their service and follow up is great.
The guy was super helpful, took care of my truck in just a moment, and told me everything I needed to know. 👨🔧👍 He aired up my tires, checked my sensor, and told me what it would cost to repair it. 🚗💡 It turns out I had one sensor that wasn't acting right. sensors 🛠️
