I had an Amazing experience with Gapsch CARSTAR. Beginning with walking in the door and meeting caring and friendly employees until I picked up my car with the finished product everything was a pleasant experience. All I can say is WOW! 💫 My car looked beautiful Inside and Outside! The inside was spotless, and they reset my dashboard to where it is working now; which was something a dealership(s) couldn’t accomplish for me! The bodywork work I took it in for looks Amazing! The whole ordeal was stress-free and they kept me updated on their progress and expected date of completion. This was the BEST service I’ve ever experienced when having my car repaired!!! ❤️

Bryan was a joy to work with during our truck repair. We never had to call asking for updates and were kept informed every step of the way. He also helped us by reaching out to third party adjusters who weren’t responding to me. Repairs to my auto were very well done. They kept me updated on the progress at several of the steps along the way. The office staff and contact person on my repairs were very informed, willing to help, and very personable and made an experience that nobody wants to through much less stressful than it could have been.
