When waking in the door you are greeted by the delightful Mimi. I explained I just wanted an oil change. When it was complete they send you a text link of the recommended services needed with photos and explanation. After reviewing the recommendations I spoke with Anthony who explained which issues would be greatly needed attention and what i could wait on. I would highly recommend this place for your vehicle needs.

My first time going in for service; upon entering the building I was greated by the receptionist who was very friendly, warm and has a beautiful personality. Anthony the technician was courteous and explained everything in the most professional manner. My service was done in a timely manner, the price was reasonable and not over the top like Mercedes Benz and they have great snacks while you wait. Was referred by a friend who had got a PPI for his M4. Had just bought a C6 and immediately took it to get inspected. Unfortunately there was immediate problems that needed attention, but I was incredibly grateful for the Garage Guys for finding the problem immediately. Great customer service and attention to detail. Had the inspection sent over via email with photos to hand over to the dealership for a return on the deposit. Genuinely saved me a headache and a world of problems, best $150 i’ve ever spent.

Brought my wife’s car to Garage Guys Automotive in Sugar Land for the first time a couple of weeks back for diagnosis and ultimately a starter replacement. I spoke and met with the service advisor, Anthony, and explained the issues we were having with the car and assisted in ensuring that the correct problem is found and taken care of. Prior to drop off, I had a brief and pleasant conversation over the phone with Sandy, the co-owner of the shop, who presented multiple options on how we can drop off the vehicle, even after-hours, if needed.
