Busy or not the last step is to dry the vehicle. they must use wet towels or don't want this job because this is a "dry" after air drying for over 2 miles. second time this month . I recommend the place down the street . this staff doesnt know how to act when it's busy & the customers waited in a long line for this

I went to get the car wash today 11/27 on thanksgivings day. As they asked me to drive the car into the wash I realized my tires are rubbing real hard on the sidewall of the wash track. Concerned, I exited the car after my car wash was done and checked my rims. There were two large scratches on my rim from getting it onto the track. The tracks weren’t wide enough for my tires. If you have low profile tires or wide tires please do not go to this car wash.
