Having limited (read: very limited) experience with car repairs and working with insurance, Steve was so incredibly patient, kind, and communicative. When there were surprises along the way, Steve took the time to reach out to me (on his day off, no less) and walk me through what my next steps could look like. Garden State Collision is great! I went to 3 other places for quotes before getting to them. Kevin the owner was not there but Jimmy his employee was there and he was great! I showed him the damage and he took pictures and spoke to Kevin . He responded to me right away! They were so nice and attentive from the begining, so I decided to go with them. I am so happy I did! Throughout the whole process, Kevin was very communicative. When I text him, I always got a response. Even if it was later on in the day! I know he is very busy, it showed me I was a valued customer!
