UPDATE: He called to apologize, which i do appreciate, everyone has bad days, but still lost my business. Don't ask any questions after the sale, Cheapest, yes, service, awful, worth spending more elsewhere. I understand being busy, but to tell me with attitude "we get a lot of referrals, and maybe I should take my business elsewhere" when he couldn't be bothered to call me 48hrs after texting he'd "call me back later" is a bit too much!

BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!! They pretend to be nice and offer great rates but if you ever go to file a claim, it will be denied. And if you try to talk to them about it, they give you the run around and avoid your calls. This company cost me thousands of dollars – do not make the same mistake getting insurance from them!

I have been with The Griffin Agency for five months and I am so glad I made the choice for them to handle all my home and auto insurance needs. Garrett is always responsive and Madison has been so helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this team as they are very knowledgeable and always work hard to be sure that you are getting the best bang for your buck.

I'm not understanding where the 5 star reviews are coming from. I have called for WEEKS to get simple questions answered. Not only have I not received returned phone calls, but I was put in jeopardy of missing a crucial deadline. This agency has had my business for the past 5 years. I have had no claims in this amount of time. They have simply collected commission without doing any work. When I spoke with the receptionist for the 3rd time, she assured me that either she or Mr. Griffin would be calling me before the end of the day. It has now been almost 48 hours without a return call. Mind you, I contacted the company on Facebook out of desperation and needing to get answers. I did receive a response that I would receive answers ASAP...the "S" must've meant slow. This has put me in a time

Mr. Garrett and his associates are always polite and help U the best they can. My wife and I have been with his company for more than 10 years and won't be leaving anytime soon
